The new restaurant, located at 2905 Long Beach Road, offers an array of wood-fired Neapolitan pizza with pies like Calabrese, with tomato sauce, mozzarella, basil, and spicy salami and Don Fa with tomato, mozzarella, mascarpone, speck, and rosemary.
"If you're looking for authentic Italian style pizza from Naples, Italy, the birthplace of the Margherita Pizza, this is the place to go," a reviewer wrote on Facebook. "As an Italian immigrant from Naples, this pizzeria is my #1 choice and the owner is a nice guy. Great food, Great Service what more could you ask for?"
The original Franklin Square restaurant is located at 970 Hempstead Turnpike.
"So much more to this place! The atmosphere is so inviting and the owner and staff are so friendly! The pizza is amazing," reads a Facebook comment posted over the weekend. "My kids devoured it in less than 5 minutes! Finally a place in town I actually can and will enjoy!!"
